I founded TupperS Law in 2015. Driven by my genuine passion for challenging unfair competition, I wanted to establish an independent practice solely dedicated to offering the highest quality, cost-effective competition law advice, uncompromised by the broader demands often encountered in larger multi-disciplinary firms.
Throughout my legal career spanning over 35 years, I've had the privilege of keenly observing and contributing to the evolution of competition law. The majority of this time was spent as a partner in prominent Big Law firms. My work has taken me across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, New York, Washington D.C., and notably, a decade in Brussels. This broad international experience has been immensely valuable in effectively representing clients across European courts and various tribunals.
My practice has covered a multitude of sectors, assisting individuals and businesses of all sizes with the full spectrum of competition challenges. Pro bono work has been an important aspect of my career, reflecting my deep passion for the law and desire to help those facing economic adversity. This has culminated in my role as the founder and manager of the Competition Pro Bono Scheme.
Over the years, I have been an active contributor to the legal discourse and have received my share of awards and accolades, including being ranked Band 1 in Chambers UK for my work in the water sector. Although I am more reserved about seeking recognition nowadays, winning the Competition Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards for our work on Socrates v Law Society was a particularly proud moment. It underscored the very reason I established TupperS Law: to champion economic freedom and fairness, no matter the challenge.
