Stephen conceived, set up and has administered the Competition Law Pro Bono Scheme since 2006 as an “access to justice” response to the scarcity of trained and experienced competition lawyers in the country overall and, more particularly, outside of London. So far it has helped nearly 2000 enterprises, charities, individuals, etc., with competition concerns through a panel of competition law experts in 30+ law firms, chambers, etc. This year TupperS Law will be taking steps to expand the scheme to take account of the ever-spiralling demand.
